EPCC provides teams to work with the client throughout the construction or conversion of an offshore asset. The project management team monitors the project to ensure that it is carried out in accordance with the contract, the specifications, client's expectations, flag and class requirements.

 

Key responsibilities:

•Acting as OWNER’s representative onsite during Construction

•Ensuring the preparation and implementation of all procedures

•Day-to day running of the Project Team

•Dealing with variations / compiling project report / monitoring costs

•Dealing with engineering review, production and commissioning issues

•Attending to Factory Acceptance Test

•Assisting Client to set-up QA system according to client and international standards
